Upstream Park, a large-scale residential and commercial development located in Minhang District, Shanghai, is ideally located within "Shanghai's Silicon Valley", specifically, on the periphery of the Shanghai Zizhu Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, comprising upmarket residential and commercial buildings, as well as several loft apartments with total GFA of approximately 170,000 sqm.
